This here? This here's a website. Yessir. It is built with bootstrap. Woot!
The rationale for the existence of this site is twofold.
- One, I felt that I should have a reasonably stripped-down site to represent myself as I endevour to find suitable employment. I have another portfolio site, angelmeats.com; It's a fine site and all but it showcases a wide swath of my various interests and creative pursuits. This site, on the other hand, is/will be a bit more straight-forward.
- Two, I own both matthewpasteris.com and matthewpasteris.website. Might as well use them for something, right?
- Actually, the rationale is threefold. If you peruse my portfolio, you'll notice that basically everything is using WordPress to some extent. I figured it would be worthwhile to build something using different architecture.
Bootstrap is a pretty dope framework. Although, if I were to put a little more time into this site, I'd probably modularize (not a word) the navigation, footer, and other reuseable elements rather than plop them all willy-nilly into the page templates.
